Product Authenticity & Variations

Since our rugs are often handcrafted or involve natural fibers, please note:
Handmade Nature: Slight variations in weave, thickness, and dimensions (up to 3-5%) are characteristics of artisanal products and are not considered defects.
Color Accuracy: We strive to display colors accurately, but screen calibrations vary. The actual product color may differ slightly from what you see on your monitor.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) unless stated otherwise.
Taxes: Prices are inclusive of GST as per West Bengal/Government of India regulations.
Payment: We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, and bank transfers. Orders are processed only after payment confirmation.

Shipping and Delivery

Domestic (India): Delivery timelines typically range from 25 business days depending on the location.
International: Shipping costs and customs duties (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer.
Damage in Transit: If a rug arrives damaged, it must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

Returns and Exchanges

Standard Items: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the rug is in its original, unused condition.
Custom/Bespoke Orders: Due to the personalized nature of custom-made rugs, these items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged unless there is a structural manufacturing defect.
Return Shipping: No return policy

Care and Maintenance

Arazora is not liable for damages resulting from improper cleaning, chemical exposure, or general wear and tear over time. We recommend professional cleaning for all high-end rugs.

Intellectual Property

All designs, patterns, logos, and imagery on this site are the intellectual property of Arazora. Reproduction or commercial use without written consent is strictly prohibited.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
